HubICL (Intercultural Learning Hub) is a treasure trove of pedagogical resources and open-access journal articles related to intercultural learning provided by Purdue University.

Intercultural Development Inventory is a 50-question inventory often used by many universities for measuring the efficacy of education abroad programs in helping students “shift cultural perspective and appropriately adapt behavior to cultural differences and commonalities.” It describes intercultural development as a continuum and identifies 5 stages: Denial, Polarization, Minimization, Acceptance, and Adaptation.
